Eddie and Paulette dive into what it takes to be sure that you start your business correctly and that you help your people start correctly. When Eddie started with Melaleuca 20 years ago, there was no one earning over $12,000 a month! Eddie’s 5th check was $15,000, so how did he do it? He developed a system.

Ray Kroc of McDonalds created a system that each of his franchisees must follow. And they must have $250,000 cash (non-borrowed) just to be considered for a franchise. Eddie has developed a system within Melaleuca that is equivalent to Ray Krocs’s system. It’s that good! And the system only requires $500, $249,500 less than McDonalds.
