Staying in Balance

Minimize The Frustration

These conversations can prevent some of the frustrations marketing executives can be prone too. Take Eddie and Paulette’s suggestions on some easy steps that can reduce the risk of your new marketing executives getting frustrated early.
1. Be sure to have the “don’t talk to anyone” conversation with your new enrollment. It is important that their excitement is coached through the first few conversations they will have with people. It is a HIGH risk point of a new marketing executive and can often put someone into the witness protection program.
2. Coaches that doesn’t give their enrollments a track to run on. A written homework lesson should be given from receipt of the paperwork. Eddie and Paulette explain the pitfalls of this step being skipped and walk through what you should include in your homework assignment. Take their advice, these steps are simple and really can reduce the amount frustration and discouragement amongst your team in the early days.

The only reason a person would choose Category 1 or choose just to be a customer would be because they are afraid to build a business. They are not afraid of getting a check so you need to help them understand there is nothing to fear to be a Category 2. The "No Page"s (page 6 & 27 of delivering wellness slides) is where that is done in the presentation. Assure them you are doing it together and remind them why this Business made sense to you.
