Pebbles in your Shoe

This week Eddie and Paulette have a great discussion on what are the little, sometimes unnoticed, things that end up stopping you from building your business. First they lay out the 3 main basics of being successful in enrolling customers on a steady basis. Then they go into the small nuances that you may not even be aware of and they can be consistently nibbling away at the success of your business.

Have you ever tried to continue walking once you notice a pebble in your shoe? You shift around, don’t want to stop the walk, but in the end will stop your walk until you deal with the pebble. Eddie and Paulette do a great job of pointing our out pebbles and how they must be dealt with!

Overcome the Fear Factor

Products Are The Business Segment: Paulette does a great overview of our Ageless Product and the 9 premium products in Ageless.

Eddie and Paulette start out explaining just what is meant by doing the extra 10%. This is the factor that ensures your new person has all the information that they need to be successful and include the “keep it real discussion.” It is so crucial that both they and you are clear on just what it means to lean into this business.

The training on this call will help you get through the common elements of the “fear factor.” There are only a few things you need to master at the beginning, but you must master them. Eddie enrolled 20 people in his first year that turned into 1000. He could have enrolled many more, but there was a reason he did it this way.

We Are Entrepeneurs

Eddie and Paulette provide excellent training on just what a Melaleuca Entrepreneur is and how this person(s) operates their business. There are important points to remember as to what they do to build successful businesses. Both Eddie and Paulette each share their journeys to include their bumps along the way.

One of the key points to know is that there will be times that you will get frustrated. It is part of the entrepreneurial path to learn your trade and pay your dues (i.e. secret meetings). It is encouraging to understand that such struggles are a part of everyone’s successful entrepreneurial path. Eddie and Paulette make it clear that it is worth every bit of their “dues paying experiences” to be able to live the life of a successful Melaleuca Entrepreneur.

January Launch!

Paulette takes us through the amazing 3 new products and 3 new business tools announced at launch! Design Your Life

Paulette does a great call on setting effective goals. She provides a 10 step process that will help you design success into your life and ensure you achieve your goals. You will want to have a pen and paper ready to take notes. Of course the next step will be to accomplish the exercise for yourself.

There was an interruption to our call just as Paulette was completing the 8th step in the process. She will recap these eight steps and provide the final two steps on next week’s call.
