Product Results and Professional Recommendations From Arizona ELC

Products are the Business: Today’s products segment is quite unique. Instead of a product, Paulette shares some answers wonder about, after a new product is launched, how is it received? Paulette tells us the reasons and results of many of the new products introduced in 2014, in a recap of some comments from Scott Hollander at the recent ELC meeting. Melaleuca is keeping its’ product line fresh, relevant and contemporary and the results prove it.

$1 memberships have been extended through Halloween and your October enrollments can use them through the end of November. A great way to get your new business builders off to a great start.

The Business Development segment is a review of some of the perspectives from the recent ELC meeting (largest in 29 years) in Arizona and Ed and Paulette share them right here. Things like: the development of leadership is a long term proposition, you don’t really have their WHY, until there’s a tear in their eye, learn to approach with a “helping” mindset, the importance of their why AND yours, Belief, success and knowledge can unlock your own reticence. There’s a lot more that you should hear from Ed and Paulette and it’s only a click away.

Also touched on, is the wisdom of disciplining yourself into an approach a day. “If you will do that… a quality approach everyday you will get the job done, Ed says.” Part of getting the job done is attending (or viewing) the January Launch. Use it to invite everyone you can, even your customers (1s). Lives change everyday, Paulette points out, so you never know when a customer can become a business builder. Ed and Paulette both share stories about “pouncing” and hesitating too long to pull the trigger on a prospect. Develop a sense of urgency without going over the top, they say. Speaking of sharing, Ed relates the point that Melaleuca is a company (and organization) with no secrets; we share everything we know. MGGG.com is a perfect example that we are willing to share what has made us successful.

Information and webinar schedules and details are here on the blogspot at www.weeklylc.blogspot.com. Convention 2015 is 206 days away, so make your plans, now.

Improving Your Memory And Improving Your Business.

Products are the Business: Paulette relates an experience with a referral about the Melaleuca memory and brain support product, Unforgetables. Her referral was suffering from “brain fog” and the story about it and the product background that Paulette tells is, well, …unforgettable.

Our incentives of $1 memberships ends tomorrow, unless we hear differently, Your October enrollments, though, can open $1 accounts until November 30th, after they have viewed the Foundation Video. Use a reminder call to them to “mine” for additional referrals for yourself.

We were “graced” with a special guest in our Business Development segment. Wendy Rose joined us and talks about the things that led to her own fairly recent enrollment. Wendy has been a “wellness” consultant for over 35 years, so she had to be sure that the products were of the highest quality. Once she was, she was full speed ahead. She had a slow start until she made one simple change that, she says, can’t be overestimated. She “wrote” down her business hours so she and all around her would be reminded of them everyday. Wendy also tells us, that she develops her business the same way that Cisco Holland has told us so many times, she “makes her living; while she lives her life”. That’s how Wendy does it. Everywhere she goes and everyone she meets are potential customers. How’s it going? Wendy is currently a Director V and, she says, she WILL be a Senior Director by Convention 2015. Ed comments that Wendy’s commitment to those business hours made the difference between her SAYING she was in the business and her BEING in the business. Wendy’s is a fascinating success story and one that all of us can “duplicate”, so you should listen.

Finally, listen as Paulette and Ed review our “mail bag” and address some questions on: when to “bless and release”, when is it time to “lead”, and your own, personal “elevator speech”. It’s all really good stuff.

Questions for the Leadership Connection and about the advantages of having a system like MGGG, can be directed to: leadershipconnection@hotmail.com, for all other Leadership and webinar information go to: www.weeklylc.blogspot.com

Take Out The Spots That Get On Your Clothes; Take Out The Tools When Something Gets In Your Way.

Paulette opens today’s call with minutes of conversation to diffuse any panic there is out there about Ebola. If you have any misgivings or misconceptions or no conceptions at all, you will want to listen to her analysis.

Products are the Business: NEW Instant Pre-spot Stick (stain remover) is today’s feature. It is pocket sized and powerful and it’s only $2.25 (product #7625). Paulette tells us all about it. Incentives of $1 memberships continue for 8 more days. Let them help you build your business. Remember, those you enroll in October, can use $1 memberships to enroll others through November, if they watch the Foundation Video.

Paulette then shares, in the form of a “mail bag” review, some key answers to some very important questions that you must be able to answer, for yourself and for your team. Things like, recruiting a surplus and not stopping at 8 for Directors, focusing too much on products and not showing enough passion for the business, itself, and, the overall importance of the 48-hour strategy session. It is all great information to have at hand.

Then Paulette reminds us that net working is work. It is not net sitting or net e-mailing. It is net WORKing. It is a coordination of tools, personal, social, on-line and listening tools, used effectively. Your “elevator speech”, your business hours, and your WHY, should always be at the top of your mind and at the tip of your tongue to use at a moments notice, because you never know when opportunity will knock.

Ed shares how Dave Crescenzo drills down on his teams’ WHY, so as to create a “real” passion for it that won’t let them “quit”. Ed says, that Dave is the best at it that he has ever heard and he heard it again when Dave presented at the recent “Lead” meeting.

Paulette wants us to learn to re-focus in a world where technology creates a lot of “white noise” and distractions. Ed suggests that Makegreengogreen.com can help by providing a duplicatable system that will help your team and your business grow. Paulette tells us that you can subscribe by clicking on www.mggglc.com. Go Green and you’ll never go lean on leads or on leadership!!

Stress Is Not Good For You Or Your Business

Products are the Business: From time to time, Melaleuca will offer “seasonal” products, Pumpkin Spice GC Control is one of them, so it will be available for a limited time. Paulette tells us all of the good things that GC Control does and all of the bad things it helps us avoid and control. It is surprising, but it will only be available in the “pumpkin” months (then you can return to the other yummy flavors).

Incentives this month are a wide range from $1 memberships (til the 21st) and October enrollees can enroll others at $1 through November, if they view the Foundation video and, Paulette reveals, a Courtside Leadership incentive for Directors VI and above that could be a “slam-dunk” for you. Listen to hear all the details.

Our business development segment is, among other topics, a discussion of stress and how to avoid it. Paulette and Ed, as always, share many “tidbits”, like the importance of laughter in relieving stress and the critical need to feel “uncomfortable” often while developing your Melaleuca business.

If you are out of your Comfort Zone you are persisting and persisting is pushing back against the negatives and that is always uncomfortable.

They also review 4 important ways to avoid and reduce stress. Ed shares the ways that your Melaleuca business can manufacture stress in a comical exchange with Paulette. But remember, stress is extremely unhealthy for your mind AND for your body.

One of the ways that Ed and Paulette suggest you can manage stress is by becoming a Level 5 leader. That involves seeking and coaching others to become leaders for you and for themselves. Takes a lot of the pressure off.

Convention 2015 will be taking place in 227 days. The most important thing you can do for your business is to be there! Another great thing would be to tune in to the Wed. 8pm EST webinar on using Facebook to help build your Melaleuca business. All that information, along with other webinar info, is all right here on the blogspot.
