Avoid The Witness Protection Program

Products Are The Business Segment: Paulette does a fun training around our organic popcorn. She was doing a follow-up with a new customer and brought up our popcorn. This customer went from struggling for a 35 point order to now easily shopping for 45 points. Great discussion on educating our new customers.

Eddie and Paulette train today on how to avoid your new people disappearing into the “witness protection program.” In other words they disappear and you can’t get in touch with them. This is a humorous way to approach this topic, but it is a real phenomenon. Eddie and Paulette lay out nine different common reasons that can derail an excited new person.
