Pay careful attention to your “matrix”, especially on this last day of the month, because you can make adjustments through midnight tonight. Those changes will be reflected in your M.O.R.E. report, so have your team get theirs in the most efficient configuration, too. You will all benefit.
Paulette and Ed discuss the recent changes in the Exec. Compensation Plan that you received in booklet form with your March order. Changes to Senior and Director status comp plans will be announced at Convention 2014. That alone is enough to want to attend, since Frank promises that the collective adjustments will result in millions in increases in payouts in 2014 and beyond. It’s a good time to be in business with Melaleuca.
Next Ed talks about choices. We all, Melaleuca associated or not, make them everyday. Every choice we make leads to other choices that must be made. Make good choices, Ed says, and you will develop a good business.
Ed and Paulette also talk about the importance of having a strong April which will bring you into the Convention with momentum. Get serious about your business and your business hours NOW and it will result in a serious business in the future. Surround yourself with team members that are worth your time. If they don’t like rowing, get them out of your boat or your efforts to row will end up in circles.
Do your inventory for Convention 2014. Access your intenders and encourage anyone who is “teetering” on the line and get them going.
