Great counsel about not overselling, exaggerating or making dramatic statements when talking about our products. Avoid the description pitfalls like 100% this or it’s never that. It is not necessary to use absolutes to make an effective approach or presentation and they can present pitfalls, so don’t do it. The truth is always good enough.
