Your Digestive System and Digesting the MGGG System

Products are the Business: Paulette points out how important your digestive system is to your overall health and well-being. Many suffer from diagnosed disorders like, Crone’s disease, Irritable Bowel Syndrome and Colitis. But beyond that, asks that we remember that 85% of our immune system functions within our digestive tract. Melaleuca’s FiberWise, Florify, and Cold Water Omega 3 all help fortify these functions, which she points out, can be a big influence in causing common depression in some cases. She will be posting a link to information on the blogspot about digestive health and depression, soon. Look for it.

Cisco Holland joined Paulette for a unique “simulcast” of the balance of our leadership call. Cisco took us through a really informative discussion of our Make Green Go Green system of duplicating our leadership. He, first, takes us through the login and set up of your site to tie it back to you and leading to your branding and the branding of your Melaleuca business. Don’t forget to change your Melaleuca status at login or merely click the “no status change” option.

He travels to Make Green University and the various sections of action for subscribers to send Homework Lessons, set up APD (accelerated path to director) strategy sessions) and Paulette emphasizes that, “the APD has been the missing step for most Melaleuca businesses. Cisco goes on to review the elements of the “contact list” review and sharing the approach section of MGGG to assist you in choosing the correct approach.

For those more complicated or sophisticated approaches, he shows us how to make use of the “target marketing” section of MGGG by using specific products or the special profiles of similar personalities and lifestyles of those with whom you are setting your appointments. He is thorough and informative. Cisco then went on to answer some “live” questions and indicated that he would answer the balance of that dynamic either here on the blogspot or directly. Keep It Simple With Melaleuca and Make It Simple With MGGG

Products are the Business: Today, Paulette re-introduces us to the “Grease Cutting” Pack Special. At $9.38 you will save $2.00, when you buy this dynamic grease cutting duo of MelaMagic and Tough and Tender. Learn all about how and why they work so well.

The July incentives are all about sharing the Learn to Earn videos and staying on top of your businesses’ Pacesetter re-sets. That’s getting back to the core of your business and that is the best incentive of all.

In the Business Development segment you will find out why keeping it simple is so smart. Don’t overwhelm your people (existing or potential) with your knowledge. Come up for air and let them process your education in “bite-size” pieces.

Ed tells some alarming data about the number of 2s and 3s that are not initiating at the level that predicts success. Ed says, “that ain’t good.”

Paulette then begins a discussion of the simple concepts that make the Melaleuca business model unique in its’ potential. She and Ed also discuss the charter principles behind the establishment of the makegreengogreen system and how it raises the percentage of your success by being a “Constant Coach” for your people to turn to, even when you are not there.

Next week’s Leadership Connection call will be a simulcast of Cisco Holland explaining the “Constant Coach” system and how it can help you with everything from the Homework Lesson to the Target Marketing tools. Be sure to register early, seats are limited. Click here to register.

There are 4 new Delivering Wellness webinars in addition to the existing schedule, making it easier for you to coordinate your team’s attendance. They are linked right here on the blogspot.

Relieve The Pain and Re-live The Keys

Products are the Business: Today’s product is one of the Melaleuca “gold standards”: Pain-A-Trate. Paulette notifies us of a special of buy 2 get one FREE (that’s less than 8 bucks each). She then goes on to review the competition and the Pain-A-Trate advantages in this nearly half-billion dollar market.

July incentives are the ability to concentrate and focus on our CORE businesses by suspending incentives for the month. There is an exciting change, though. After much feedback about no Oligo product in the Value Pack and the Home Conversion Pack, Melaleuca will now include Vitality Total 4 or Vitality Total 6 either in the initial order or as a certificate for future use, at the discretion of the enrollee.

More good news…the RI requirement for advancement from Director VII+ will be adjusted down from 60% to 50% in order to receive 100% bonuses in the month of advancement.

Our business development segment is always interesting. Today’s is an absolute “don’t miss”, with Paulette’s discussion of a John C. Maxwell essay that talks about the 4 attitudes of leadership in business including the “cop outs” the “hold outs” the “drop outs” and the “all outs”. Really interesting.

Ed and Paulette proceed by discussing, at length, the 10 Keys to cultivating a “can do” attitude in your people. Ed gives us several examples from his own business that enhance the discussion.

One of the things Ed plans on doing and doing more is using the Target Marketing Profiles in Make Green University’s marketing tools. Paulette agrees and goes further by sharing the great feedback she has gotten from her team upon using the Homework Lesson and the APD (accelerated path to Director) and their ability to assist them in consistent duplication of their leadership. Good stuff is there (www.makegreengogreen.com) for you, too.

304 days to Convention 2015. In Paulette’s opinion, it should be discussed early in your coaching of your new business partners.

There are additional Delivering Wellness webinar opportunities posted here, on the Blogspot. Check them out - You will be glad you did.

A Terrific Guest and Some Terrifc Tips for Summer.

Our product is discussed a little later in today’s call. In Ed’s absence, we are joined by special guest Amy Gavopoulos, Senior Director II, who shares with us some of the details of her recent adventure to the “Road to Executive Director”. Amy shares all of the learning and fun, like the incredible & nationally recognized fireworks display at the “Freedom Celebration”. She also talks about the rededication she felt from all the help everyone she met was willing to give.

She (and her partner/husband, Bill) were taken back by the presentation on “What You Get For $29”, by McKay Christensen, Melaleuca President. Amy related how really impressed she was by what a real company Melaleuca is and by all the services they actually provide to all of us to support our businesses.

Products are the Business: Paulette is in typically fine form while explaining, Replenex, Replenex Extra Strength and our new Recover AI. Each one has distinct differences, yet is part of the same family of pain and inflammation relief and reduction.

Our own Cisco Holland joins Paulette for a stirring business development segment. Cisco is a master at the “approach” and he shares some interesting techniques and a great story about “the girl on the beach”.

He and Paulette review some energy producing concepts for the summer doldrums that can plague us all. Cisco tells us he even does a “renewed strategy session” to overcome the hurdles that summer can bring. “It is a great time to re-focus ourselves, he says, and recall the mission we are all on.”

Paulette asks Cisco about the Make Green Go Green system training (which is linked, right here on the blogspot) and the Target Marketing, which is available on the MGGG site in Make Green University. Finally, they have an interesting exploration of whether e-mail is a thing of the past.

Incentives relate back to McKay’s presentation of all of what you get for $29 that Amy shared earlier. Our incentive is a month without incentives which allows us to focus on our craft of helping people help themselves. The new compensation plan will make that activity incentive enough.

Convention 2015 is in 311 days. Put a jar on your desk or table and throw in your change and it will help finance most or all of this indispensable trip. Get Hot In July.
