Melaleuca’s success as a company could not be what it is without the quality and effectiveness of the product line. So, don’t be afraid to use the love of the products to reinforce the logic of Melaleuca as a business.
This month’s book recommendation is consistent with those thoughts. When is the last time you picked up your copy of “A Legacy Of Wellness”? Do you have a copy? If you don’t you should get one…if you do, you should read it from time to time.
Also, R.M. Barry’s “Wellness Guide” and “Built on Solid Principles” are powerful tools that all Marketing Executives should read and use as reference.
Ed and Paulette have a great discussion here about the language of the business. MLM’s have their own language. Avoid it and you will avoid being identified that way. Our business model, Consumer Direct Marketing, has its own language, too. Learn it well and remember, “the right words produce the right results.”
